Objectives

Here you will find the objectives that each class, student, and instructor will have accomplished when this project is completed. Also, the project's alignment to the Maryland Voluntary State Curriculum (VSC) is shown here.

Objectives of Lesson

• At the end of the project each class will have:
  • completed a narrative writing assignment focusing on descriptive words and language.
• At the end of the project each student will have:
  • participated in an educational, fun, telecollaborative project in which they drafted, visualized, revised, edited, and published descriptive essays with a partner from another school.
• At the end of the project each instructor will have:
  • Co-taught in a telecollaborative setting while fully implementing the AACPS writing curriculum through an engaging, rigorous project.
