Students will critically look at school lunches and determine if the
monthly menu contains enough healthy choices. All elementary grade
students in
Howard County learn about the
food pyramid and carefully look at the food choices that are
available.
More than 40% of the students at my school
receive a Free and or Reduced Meal (FARM).

According to The Howard County
Public School System,
"The Howard County Public School System participates in the National
School Lunch Program/School Breakfast Program. Nutritious meals are
served every school day."
