Full Project Description:
City Quest is waiting for you! Take a tour of the three project host
communities: Cannelton, Indiana USA; Haarlem, The Netherlands; and
Hiyhoshi, Japan. Then add information about important places in your
own community by sending in reports on historical buildings and/or fun
places to visit in your community.
We will add them to our Tourism section of City Quest. It is a great way for people all over the world to learn about each other's communities and to inspire tourism too! You can help promote your community and have lots of fun at the same time!
While visiting our project, be sure to visit the City Hall, to learn more about us and to play our City Quest game. Visit the Tourism section often to learn about other cities around the world.
Objectives: It is our desire to promote International collaboration and understanding among student worldwide through this project. We ask for participants to pleaase send in reports on their cities/towns about historical or interesting places to visit form their town. We will place these reports on our Tourism page for people all over the world to read.
It is our hope that an appreciation and pride for community will be fostered while at the same time promoting a global interaction and understanding.
