In Humanities class this year, we will be learning about many different cultures and issues that they face on a day to day basis. We will examine and analyze how their past has influenced their nation's current situations and ordeals. As a Middle Years Programme School, at Old Mill Middle North, we are here to learn about the world and how to become life-long learners to assist our community, locally and globally. To assist our Humanities class in achieving these goals, we are going to embark upon the long and difficult journey, "Go Global."
Go Global is our telecollaborative project in which we will be participating and working on during most of the school year. We will start in October and finish in May, collaborating with other IB students in MYP schools around the world. Go Global's project will be a series of activities, online and offline that we will produce with collaborating IB partners to share with our peers, parents, and community.
This website is designed to entail all of the details of our project to help you this website and all of its useful tools to provide assistance to you throughout our project process grasp the purpose of Go Global, your participation with it, and how it can affect you and our community.
