Holidays Around the World
This telecollaborative project involves students from around the world. Students age six through seventeen, research their favorite holiday and write an essay describing it. They also share photos or illustrate their family celebrating the holiday they have chosen. Using the form provided, students fill in their information, add their pictures, nation's flag, and submit their entry by e-mail.
Students in the 5th grade at my school will participate in this project beginning in December and continue through January.
